    • Les Archers cottage is situated in the small hamlet of Kercadoret, near St. Nicolas des Eaux, yet only 12 kms from the larger towns of Pontivy and Baud.

    The nearest village of St Nicolas des Eaux is only 5mins away. A charming riverside village where you will find restaurants,bars and a creperie. Relaxing river trips, and cycles can be hired to explore the Blavet Valley.Close by ,a golf course, equestrian centre,Kayaks,coarse & carp fishing

    Les Archers Cottage

    The cottage has beamed ceilings and retains many original features, whilst benefiting from modern fittings and appliances.
    Ground Floor:- Lounge with log burning fire,comfortable furniture and a double bed settee, if an extra bed is required.
    Satellite T.V.
    Compact well equipped kitchen with cooker (bottled gas),fridge/freezer,microwave,toaster, and washing machine.
    A separate dining room with seating for 6 (high chair available).
    Shower room with w.c. and wash basin.

    First Floor:- Fully carpeted with three bedrooms (2 Doubles & a Twin) plus cot if required.
    Shower room with w.c. & wash basin.
