All gites have a fully equipped kitchen(corner), electrical heating, extra sofa-beds  in the living-room, own bathroom with shower and toilet. The gites are in a restored farmhouse with a large garden and swimming pool. English spoken.

Les Messauts lies directly at the bank of the “canal lateral”, a canal with many bridges and locks that runs from the Mediterranean sea( canal du midi ) to near Bordeaux( canal latéral ).

in an area famous of its vineyards, chateaux, medieval towns, historic monuments, museums and beautiful gardens. A region of music and dance festivals, markets and brocantes.

An area for people who love peace with plenty of possibilities in the locality to play golf, cycle, go horse riding or walking, fishing, canoeing and swimming.

One must ofcourse visit one of its many vineyard to taste and buy wine.
